Terms & Guidelines Summary

  • Dues & Term.Corporate membership is $6,000 annually runs on a calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
  • Exhibits. NASPE events do not have exhibit booths. Attendees are high-level executives who prefer to discuss current needs, challenges, trends and possible approaches/solutions. The conference format includes time for networking and discussion time as well as collaboration during educational sessions.
  • Event Registration. Corporate members and sponsors must register following instructions provided by NASPE staff. Complimentary registrations included with specific sponsorship levels are distinct from paid registrations. Badge-sharing is discouraged and must be approved in advance. Organizations are limited to two attendees at the Mid-Year Meeting.
  • Benefits Experience. NASPE staff will follow up with appropriate organizational contacts to coordinate logistics for participation and full benefits experience. Questions should be directed to Kayla Leslie, NASPE Communications Coordinator at kleslie@csg.org or 859-244-8008.
  • Engage fully & be collaborative. Authentic engagement is grounded in mutual respect, transparency, and collaboration. Contribute solutions, share insights, and foster partnership rather than focusing on direct product or service promotion.
  • Respect NASPE scheduling. Do not organize side receptions, meetings, or events that conflict with officials NASPE programming. NASPE does not coordinate any unofficial gatherings (e.g., receptions, meals, entertainment outings) not on the official event agenda.
  • Follow up professionally. Conduct post-event outreach aligned with the collaborative tone of NASPE meetings. Attendee rosters are provided to facilitate networking. Data may not be harvested, sold, added to database, used to generate mailing lists or employed for promotional purposes.
  • Honor ethics standards. Many state partners are governed by strict ethics guidelines. Exercise caution regarding gifts, meals, or entertainment and seek clarification when needed.
