NASPE fosters a collaborative community for state HR leaders to build and share effective state government HR practices. Guided by a vision to be the preeminent resource on leading HR practices and strategies, NASPE helps states learn from one another, tackle common challenges, and strengthen the public-sector workforce.

Annual In-Person Meeting Benefit

Each state membership includes support for one attendee to participate in an in-person NASPE meeting.

  • Roundtrip airfare
  • Up to three nights of hotel accommodations

Travel support is available to dues-paying member states and is governed by NASPE’s Travel Agreement policies.
